MANAGER

Ajillus is currently seeking the most highly-motivated and brightest for its Manager positions. Managers direct and coordinate Ajillus project team and business partner resources to deliver highly successful on-time, on-budget solutions for clients.

These positions are ideal for experienced consultants and managers from Big 5 or systems integration firms looking for more challenge, fun and reward.  Ajillus Managers are technology and business consultants who actively lead client successes and Ajillus project achievements.

Responsibilities:

You will be the primary manager of client engagements and perform as the main client contact.  Responsibilities will also include the writing of proposals, project reports, client presentations and business opportunities development.

Position requires a high degree of client interaction and experience with various categories of supply chain applications including: Warehouse Management (Catalyst, EXE, Optum, HK, Manhattan, McHugh), Transportation Management (TanData, Aristo, Clippership), ERP, Supply Chain Management (i2, Manugistics, Syntra, Descartes).

Position requires a high degree of experience with the latest systems development technologies including: VC++, Visual Basic, HTML, Java, Windows NT, UNIX, SQL Server, Oracle and many other leading applications and development tools.

Managers will have:

	Bachelors degree (minimum).
	Excellent people skills and ability to develop a team environment.
	Excellent communications and client interaction skills mandatory.

	Hands-on experience developing and deploying business systems.
	3+ years with Big 5, software company or other business consulting / systems integration consulting firm.
	Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution or retail.
	Project management and systems integration experience, preferably with object-oriented, client-server environment.

Desire to stay current with leading information technology and develop thorough industry knowledge.

	Ability to think creatively and nonlinearly to develop technology-driven, market-redefining business strategies and processes for clients.
	Ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and business strategies.
	Flexibility and ability to travel when necessary for client engagements, new business meetings, training and to mentor other project staff.
	A desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-energy, unstructured and customer-centric work environment where results are rewarded.
