Phase 5 -  Validate

The VALIDATE phase serves as Ajillus’s guarantee to the customer that its investment in the solution met the original business goals.  It is the validation that the ROI was met.

Ajillus’s project team verifes that the project’s original business objectives are being met. Solution and process performance is assessed. Results derived from the project are quantified and compared to original business benefit expectations.

In situations where business benefits shortcomings are documented, Ajillus works to bring the solution performance up to the project benefit expectations.

The VALIDATE phase completes with the delivery and presentation of a Project Benefits Audit with supporting recommended solution improvement initiatives.
